About Code Stallion

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.

How a working developer in Harare set out to connect Zimbabwe’s brilliant, underused talent with companies around the world.

Our story

Why we started Code Stallion

Code Stallion started with a working software developer in Harare, building web and mobile products for clients across Southern Africa, shipping apps, and watching brilliant people around him struggle to find work that matched their ability.

The talent was never the problem. The opportunity was. So we built Code Stallion to close that gap: to connect dedicated, capable Zimbabwean professionals with companies around the world who need reliable teams, and to do it in a way that pays people properly and treats them like the professionals they are.

Because we’re a software agency ourselves, we don’t just place people and disappear. We recruit, train, manage, and quality-check every team member, and we put our own reputation behind their work.

What we believe

Three principles that run everything we do

Talent is everywhere, opportunity isn’t.

Geography shouldn’t decide who gets to do great work. Our job is to connect ability with the chance to use it.

Quality is managed, not hoped for.

Great output comes from training, oversight, and accountability, not from crossing your fingers after you hire.

Pay people properly and they’ll move mountains.

Fair pay isn’t charity. It’s the foundation of loyalty, low turnover, and people who genuinely care.

Where we work

Based in Harare, Zimbabwe, with a distributed team working from home across the country, collaborating in real time with clients around the world.

Let’s build something together

Whether you need one person, a whole team, or a product built, we’d love to hear what you’re working on.
