• Job applications: your name, phone number, the type of remote work you’re seeking, a short bio, and an optional CV (PDF).

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or proposal.
• To consider you for remote-work opportunities and contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about them.
• To improve our services and understand demand.

How we store and protect it

Submissions are stored securely in our database. CVs are kept in private storage and are only ever accessible to authorised Code Stallion staff through our password-protected admin area. They are never published or made publicly downloadable. We use email notifications to alert our team to new enquiries and applications.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@codestallion.africa and we’ll action it promptly.
